The Trust is seeking to raise £1m to restore 3 buildings in Old Havana.
This will be raised from a variety of sources.
UNESCO is already funding development work in Cuba. The Trust will work to promote its objectives to UNESCO and to gain financial support. The board expect to impress UNESCO with the skills and experience the team can bring to the restoration of the old buildings in Havana, and hope to be appointed as UNESCO representatives on the ground in Cuba.
