The Trust believes that the now crumbling Historic environments of Cuba’s colonial and agricultural past are a key to the county’s future and have many lessons for the rest of the world.

Membership is a pre-cursor to fundraising and subscriptions and donations will be invited when banking and credit transfer arrangements are in place.
Members will be kept fully informed about the progress of committed projects through a specific web portal which will be updated by the team and by those involved in the project in Havana. The Trust will work with the Cuban authorities and local travel companies to organise annual tours to Havana and wider Cuba to visit the projects and to delve deeper into Cuban culture. This may include private visits to the Music and Ballet schools in areas normally restricted from tourist view. Where possible, practically and diplomatically, the Trust will use its contacts to facilitate any individual’s specific requests.
Professional members can offer skills which will be called upon by the Board as opportunities arise. These names and skills will be listed on the web site.
Corporate sponsorship is sought from companies wishing to explore trade relationships in Cuba and make a positive contribution to the environment. Contributions which might be made include financial donations as well as donations of skills, materials and equipment. The Trust will work with the Cubans to organise the delivery of materials and equipment to Havana. Where a donor is wishing to develop direct contacts with the Cuban government, the Trust will organise introductions as appropriate.
This as an excellent way for corporate sponsors to gain access to the Cuban market and to develop contacts and opportunities.
