The Trust is not established nor conducted for profit. It will only process data for the purposes of establishing or maintaining Trust membership or support, or for providing or administering activities for individuals who are its supporters or members, or have regular contact with us. We only hold information about individuals whose data we need to process for this purpose. The personal data we process is restricted to personal information that is necessary for this purpose, which means name, address and email address, and also in some cases phone number. No personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom. Our records are maintained behind a secure, passworded system and are not shared outside the Trust without the individual’s permission. Personal data can be erased from our records upon request.
We may change the Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of this page, and in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to the homepages of our websites or sending you an email notification).
In keeping with guidance issued by the ICO, our charity is exempted from registration as a data controller.
